1. Scope & AI Models Used

Lumigenc integrates state-of-the-art generative language models including OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Google Gemini to power automated content creation, social media post drafting, vector RAG search, and predictive sales scoring across Sequor and Lumigenc CRM.

2. How AI Content Is Generated & Data Privacy

When you trigger AI features (such as drafting a post caption or summarizing a sales call), your text inputs are sent securely via TLS 1.3 encrypted API requests to OpenAI or Google Gemini.

We enforce strict enterprise API parameters to ensure your private prompts and user data are not used to train public foundation models without your consent.

3. Limitations of AI Models

Artificial intelligence models are probability engines. While highly sophisticated, AI outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, inaccurate statements ("hallucinations"), or out-of-date information. Lumigenc does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of unverified AI outputs.

4. User Responsibilities & Editorial Review

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all AI-generated content prior to publishing it to public social media channels, distributing it to clients, or relying on it for legal or financial decisions.

5. Prohibited AI Prompts & Generation

You may not use Lumigenc AI tools to generate:

• Malicious code, phishing emails, or exploit scripts.
• Hate speech, deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or targeted harassment.
• Deceptive financial or medical advice intended to mislead consumers.
